Fluoroplastic permeable glass cloth tape NITOFLON No.973SC
Semiconductive tapes are made of glass cloth impregnated with PTFE. NITOFLON No.973SC is made of a sintered glass cloth substrate impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) containing semiconducting carbon. The tape is a single surface treated tape coated with a silicone adhesive. Semiconductor substrates have good heat resistance, mechanical strength and antistatic properties.
