Lean management (TPS) production site management training

On April 15th, 16th, and 17th, teacher Yoshiki Sada from SKO Company of Japan came to the company for a 3-day lean training.
The theme of the training in April: quality awareness, safety awareness and responsibility. At the same time, the teacher also conducts key training on the improvement of the production site: segment extraction operations and production kanban management, process improvement, and on-site waste investigation. TPS lectures were trained on the theme of quality improvement.
On April 8th, 9th, and 10th, teacher Yoshiki Sada from Japan SKO Company came to the company for a 3-day lean management training and guidance. The teacher analyzed the training effects in December 2018, January 2019, and April 2019. At the same time, he made a work review and revision of the training method on the lean management training method and progress.
This training focuses on the improvement guidance training on the production site and the knowledge training on customer audit and inspection. At the same time, it also guides the 5S training on the production site. Further consolidate the management foundation of the production site.
The theme of the TPS lecture in May is the eight major management-themed trainings (policy management, safety management, quality management, cost management, production management, personnel training, equipment maintenance management, environmental management) of automotive customers’ audit of suppliers’ factory inspections.
